Best Foods for an Effective Liver Shrinking Diet

When our liver tends to slow down on its functions, it can store up excess fat and sugar that will make it inflamed; or as some call it, Fatty Liver. While eating the right type of food is an essential part of your liver shrinking diet, the key to an effective and successful one is the right amount of exercise.

Why?

Because the fat stored up in your liver won’t magically melt without burning and transforming them into calories. When you work out, your liver sends out the needed nutrient (fat) so your body can use it up as calories. With exercise, you burn those calories, thus burning the excess fat in the process.

How often should I exercise?

If you think you can go on an intense workout, that would be fine. But if you are aiming to shed excess fats in your liver, a moderate but constant workout is recommended. First of all, when you work out too much, your liver might get a bit “shocked” with all the metabolic activity, thus it may burn-out itself in the process.
