When you are on Cirrhosis of the liver diet, you may need to eat at least 5 to 6 times a day. You can still have 3 big meals according to your liver diet guide, but you should at least take snacks in between those meals. Don’t wait for yourself to get hungry, your body needs to keep a supply of energy and nutrients because you still need that even while you’re at rest.
