Meta Pixel / Facebook Tracking
Our Site uses the Meta Pixel (formerly known as the Facebook Pixel), a snippet of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook, Inc.). The Meta Pixel allows us to track visitor activity on our Site and measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
What the Meta Pixel Collects
When you visit our Site, the Meta Pixel may collect the following types of data:
- HTTP header information: Including IP address, browser type, page location, referrer URL, and timestamp
- Pixel-specific data: Including Pixel ID, the Facebook Cookie, and pages visited on our Site
- Button click data: Including any buttons clicked by site visitors, the labels of those buttons, and any pages visited as a result of the button clicks
- Form field data: Including field names (such as “email,” “name,” “phone”) — though not the actual values entered unless you have explicitly consented to this
- Conversion events: Such as page views, add-to-cart actions, initiate-checkout events, purchases, and lead form submissions
How We Use Meta Pixel Data
We use the data collected by the Meta Pixel to:
- Measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Optimize our ad delivery to reach people most likely to be interested in our devotional products and resources
- Build custom audiences for retargeting (showing ads to people who have previously visited our Site or taken specific actions)
- Create lookalike audiences to find new potential customers similar to our existing customers
- Track conversions (purchases, sign-ups, downloads) resulting from our advertisements
The data collected through the Meta Pixel is processed by Meta in accordance with its own Data Policy. For more information about Meta’s data practices and your choices regarding Meta’s use of your data, please visit https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from Facebook by adjusting your Facebook ad settings or visiting https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/.
You may opt out of Meta’s data collection for advertising purposes by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or by using the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tool at www.aboutads.info/choices. Additionally, disabling cookies in your browser will prevent the Meta Pixel from tracking your activity on our Site.
Google Analytics
Our Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about how visitors use our Site. This information is used to compile statistical reports on website activity and to help us improve our Site’s content, structure, and user experience.
Data Collected by Google Analytics
Google Analytics may collect information including, but not limited to:
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths through the Site
- Referring websites and search terms that led you to our Site
- Your approximate geographic location (based on IP address)
- Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type
- Demographic and interest information (if available through Google’s advertising network)
- User interactions and events on the Site
We may use Google Analytics features such as Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, Remarketing with Google Analytics, and Google Display Network Impression Reporting. These features use first-party cookies (set by Google Analytics) and third-party cookies (set by Google’s advertising partners) to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our Site.
Opting Out of Google Analytics
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You may also adjust your Google Ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com to control the information Google collects and how it is used for advertising purposes.
For more information about Google’s data practices, please review Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable email marketing regulations.
How to Unsubscribe
Every marketing email we send contains a clear and prominent unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking this link. We will process your unsubscribe request promptly, typically within 1–3 business days. You may also email us directly at support@Liverdiet.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe” to request removal from our marketing email list.
Email Tracking
Our email marketing platform may track certain data related to your interaction with our emails, including whether you opened an email, which links you clicked, the time and date of interaction, and your approximate location. This data helps us understand which content resonates with our audience and improve our email communications. If you prefer not to be tracked, you may disable image loading in your email client or unsubscribe from our email list entirely.
Payment Processing
Liverdiet.com uses third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions. We currently use the following payment platforms:

Stripe, Inc. is our primary payment processing partner. When you make a purchase on our Site, your payment information (including credit card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address) is transmitted directly to Stripe through their secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment infrastructure. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card information. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Zylvie
Zylvie is a digital product checkout platform we use to sell and deliver our digital products. When you purchase through Zylvie, your personal information (name, email, billing details) is collected and processed by Zylvie to facilitate the transaction and deliver your digital product. Zylvie may share certain transaction data with us so that we can fulfill your order and provide customer support. Please refer to Zylvie’s privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
Amazon KDP
Some of our products may also be available through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). Purchases made through Amazon are governed by Amazon’s privacy policy and terms of service. We do not have direct access to the personal information of customers who purchase our products through Amazon, except for limited information that Amazon may share with publishers (such as sales data and general geographic information).
Payment Security Assurance: All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology. Our payment processors are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.

Digital Products & Refund Policy
Liverdiet.com sells digital products including, but not limited to, devotionals, printable journals, PDF resources, downloadable workbooks, prayer guides, and other faith-based digital content. Due to the nature of digital products, please be aware of the following:
- Instant delivery: All digital products are delivered electronically immediately upon purchase (or within a reasonable timeframe). Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, the transaction is considered complete.
- No returns on digital products: Because digital products can be copied, downloaded, and used immediately upon delivery, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a “cooling off” period or right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to your purchase.

- Product descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe our digital products, including their content, format, and intended use. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Product images and mockups are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact appearance of the delivered digital file.
While our standard policy is that all digital product sales are final, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund request, please contact us at support@liverdiet.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to grant or deny any refund request.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verified parental consent, we will take prompt steps to delete that information from our records.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use our Site and purchase our products.
